We are looking for a collegue to join us for preparing, managing and implementing projects related to different sustainability topics.

Xwhy works in the areas of placemaking, cultural research, data sensemaking and sustainable development. Depending on the nature of the ongoing projects and cases, we constantly collaborate with experts from education, urbanism, business, anthropology, ethnography, creative industries and other fields.

Our interdisciplinary team consists of devoted experts from philosophy, art, business anthropology and communication with a multicultural experience that allows solving problems in a sustainable way.

In this role you will be:

• – The researcher and trainer: perform desk and field research, conduct workshops, create various modules and other intellectual results
• – The manager: coordinate projects, delegate tasks to other teams (external) and team members (internal), track the progress of the project.
• – The representative: participate in international consortium meetings.

To perform at the level required, you should:

• – Have experience in preparing project proposals for Erasmus+ KA2 and other calls in English.
• – Have experience in implementing and/or managing successful projects (especially, KA2)
• – Be able to communicate professionally and effectively orally and in writing.
