Duration –> 6 weeks (remote)

Within the area of Corporate Partnership the trainee will contribute to the development of a specific curriculum in the area of values based management.

The target will be to develop the set of skills, attitude and competencies a manager should have to lead companies towards sustainability’s’ challenges and positive impact on Agenda 2030 SDGs.

Competences:

– Knowledge of Agenda 2030 and SDGs
– Knowledge of Italian language
– Knowledge of basic concept on Corporate Social responsibility and responsible Business Conduct
– Familiar with leadership and management’s tools, concepts of formal and non formal training, soft and hard skills development.
